Product Manager · B2B SaaS
I listen before I build.
Six years building products. I get unreasonably curious about why customers do what they do, then build for it.
I once chose my car by running sentiment analysis on owner complaints across the whole segment before I test drove a single one. The habit does not clock out at 6pm.
What I do
I own products inside Sprinklr's Insights suite, from problem definition through launch and adoption. Before this, supply chain and earlier B2B SaaS.
How I work
Hypothesis first, smallest test that could prove me wrong, then scale. I would rather find out than guess, and I treat customer signal as the raw material.
Outside work
Story driven games, four mornings a week in the gym, slow travel, and a rescued cat named Spot who runs the house.
